The house is beautiful, elegant, modern, with a pool and a 400-square-meter garden. The spaces are large and full of light. It is in a green area where silence reigns, a 5-minute walk from the lake. You can dine indoors or outdoors in the cool of the evening, watching the stars. The villa is on three floors. The living room is huge and very bright, with large windows that open to the green garden and hillside. The kitchen is nice and spacious, with a central island and induction cooktop, oven and microwave. Outside there is a patio where you can eat outside (table for 12 people), sunbathe or have coffee. In the evening, the house is hit by the breeze coming from the mountain, so it naturally cools down. The area is very quiet, and the garden and pool have good privacy so you can move around very freely.
